Reach level 16, while avoiding collisions!

Earn points by standing close to obstacles and birds without touching them in order to pass from level to level!

THIS GAME FEATURES:

As you earn points, a blue ring will appear behind your bird.
A blue line at the bottom of the heads-up display (HUD) will light up every time you earn points.

If you touch any obstacle at all, your points will be reset to 0 and once the game is finished, the final score will be based on how well you avoided collisions.

[Controlling the game]
Use the ARROW keys to move the bird around, SPACE to skip screens and F1 to pause the game.

[Technical information]
This game requires no installation. Extract the ZIP file onto a folder (also known as directory). It should run on any machine with the appropriate Operating System.
(Any computer released in the last 20 years should run this game fine.)

Hardware Requirements:
* OS: GNU/Linux (x86-64 / amd64) or Microsoft Windows (x86-32 or -64)
    THIS GAME RUNS ON WINDOWS ME, POSSIBLY ON 98 AS WELL.
* Graphics: this game does not require hardware acceleration (it _software renders_), but OpenGL 1.0 support is necessary (glViewport, glDrawPixels, ...) for drawing onto the window.
    You require a monitor with at least 60hz (60 frames per second).
    The game's window requires at least 320x240 of screen area, but it may be scaled up to greater sizes.
* RAM: about 3 MB free, depending on the version.
* Hard Drive: Less than 1 megabyte.

Boot up the game:
Run PLAY.BAT on Windows or play.sh on GNU/Linux to begin.
PLAY_2X.BAT, ... will start the game on a window with 2x the size.

Virtual Machines:
The game will run on VMs and it has been tested running on Windows Millenium Edition (32-bit).
It should work on any other Windows version for as long as your screen can render 24-bit pixels (any computer in the last 20 years).
